Caseificio e Azienda Agricola Tascolano has been producing artisan cold meats for 40 years in Vetralla, from the meat of our own pigs, as well as excellent cheese products from cow's, sheep's and goat's cheese.

For generations our artisan cheese production at Azienda Agricola e Caseificio Tascolano has concentrated on making delicious cheese products with cow's, goat's and sheep's milk.
Thanks to the cooperative we set up, we can offer a very varied range of products, like fresh, aged and above all
pasta filata
cheese, like mozzarella of all sorts and sizes, perfect for eating at home or cooking in pizzerias.
LOCAL production
Our artisan cheese production is all done at our farm business in Vetralla.
We also rear pigs, so we can offer traditional Italian seasonal sausage products. We oversee a very tight production chain, ensuring food safety and the highest product quality.
