Over the years, the Sanetti family's artisan workshop has become much more than a traditional cheese factory. Side by side with modern production technologies, we have maintained the classic traditions and flavours, to go on producing tasty, quality, genuine cheese products from our own farm business.
In recent years, together with Caseificio Tascolano, we founded Società Cooperativa Produttori Formaggi, to increase our collaboration with local milk producers in the Tuscia region, so we can offer the best cheese from local tradition and local raw materials.

Our cheese factory produces the best Italian pasta filata cheese, of sophisticated flavour, made from three simple elements: cow's milk, rennet and salt. We have a wide selection of cheeses aged for brief, medium and long periods, to satisfy all palates, made with cow's, sheep's, goat's and mixed milk.
